SNOWMOBILE RENTAL POLICIES
Age Limits
All riders must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must have a major credit card
and valid driver’s license. All riders must show proof of valid auto insurance.

Valid Wisconsin Snowmobile Safety Certificate.
*Any person who is born on or after Jan. 1, 1985, and who has reached the age of 12, must have completed and received a snowmobile safety certificate in order to operate a snowmobile in Wisconsin. The certificate must be carried while operating the snowmobile and displayed to a law enforcement officer upon demand. Certificates can be obtained online.
Reservation Deposit
In order to reserve a snowmobile rental, we require a $200 deposit per sled.
If you cancel within 5 days of your reservation date, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
*If the state of Wisconsin or the county closes the trails due to weather conditions, or if we deem
the trails to be inadequate for our sleds, you can either receive a refund on your deposit
or change the reservation to a different day based on availability*
Damage Deposit
In addition to the cost of the snowmobile rental, we require a damage deposit of $999
(authorized credit card hold) and is required upon pickup.
Fuel Policy
Snowmobiles come with a tank full of gas at no additional charge. Failure to return your rental
with a full tank of gas will result in a $50 charge.
Insurance
There is no liability insurance associated with our rentals and customers ride at their own risk.
The renter is fully responsible for all labor and repair costs should any damage occur
to the snowmobile. We appreciate and encourage careful and responsible riding.
Pre/Post Rental Equipment Inspection
Before and after rental period a member of our staff will go through an inspection of of the equipment with you to review operation and condition. Customer and staff member will both sign an inspection form and note any discrepancies.
